Great amenities for the kids! The pool area was perfect, and the BBQ grills were a nice touch for family cookouts.

My room was so cozy and clean, I felt right at home! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the drinks at the tiki bar were absolutely delightful. The friendly staff made my stay feel extra special and stress-free!

Great location and spacious rooms with nice amenities made it a solid choice at first. the experience quickly soured. Dirty floors and a malfunctioning jacuzzi were just the start. The sales pressure for timeshares was overwhelming and extended well beyond what was promised. To top it off, a fire incident on our floor, with alarms only going off in one room, left us feeling unsafe. The promised room upgrade ended up being filthy. It's disappointing how much potential this place had, but the management and conditions left much to be desired.

The location was perfect, super close to pools and putt-putt. Our one bedroom was spacious with a kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfy bed. Loved the hot tub and sun loungers too. Staff at check-in were really friendly. Just had some issues with housekeeping for a hair dryer and corkscrew. very clean and relaxing.

The room was spacious and well-designed, providing ample room for our family. The kitchen was a fantastic feature, fully equipped for easy meal prep. Beds were comfortable, and linens were clean. I appreciated the washer and dryer, making it convenient to keep clothes fresh. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cool. the noise level could be an issue at times, depending on neighboring guests. The bathrooms were clean but showed minor signs of aging.

Get ready for some thrilling adventures! A 26-foot rock climbing wall and a pool with a waterslide await me. I'll indulge in great food and shady spots for relaxing. The location is perfect for reaching top Orlando attractions.

I had a fantastic time walking around in the area with many parks, restaurants, and attractions just a short stroll away, like the Museum of Military History just a 15-minute walk and the thrilling Kissimmee Go-Karts about 2 km away for some fun; plus, the staff were super friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room itself was spacious and came with a comfy bed and kitchen facilities that made my stay comfortable, but the cleaning could use some improvement in certain areas.

We rented four apartments for a family reunion. The resort has excellent proximity to parks and fair pricing. the experience was marred by significant management failures. One apartment had its keys disabled, leading to an uncomfortable intrusion when a stranger entered. Security irresponsibly left the door unlocked, resulting in theft. The furniture is dated; the beds and pillows uncomfortable. Noise from the pool and stair traffic disrupted sleep. The elevator in our building was out during our stay, and we were not informed during check-in, forcing some guests to find alternative accommodations. Housekeeping was inadequate—trash left uncollected. Customer service was pushy regarding timeshare presentations. A great location, but I won’t be returning.

The shower barely worked, the refrigerator had a spider, and the jetted tub made alarming noises. To top it off, the staff was unhelpful and rude. Never again!

The friendly young ladies at check-in made us feel welcome and even accommodated our request to stay close together as a family, which was a nice touch. there were some downsides too. For instance, the need to attend a presentation for our rate was not something we had expected or wanted, and it ended up being a longer and more high-pressure experience than we were told. The elevator in our building also went out, causing some inconvenience, but the staff did send someone promptly to fix it. the handicap accessible room we were provided was lovely and comfortable for our family. The pool and water slide were a hit with the kids, and the overall cleanliness of the room was impressive. The management was also kind and accommodating, which added to our enjoyable stay. In terms of improvements, it would have been better if the exterior of the building, particularly the one facing the fire department, had been better maintained. the noisy neighbors above us made it challenging to relax, and the lack of a balcony in our room was disappointing, especially since I had specifically booked for one several months in advance. our experience at Calypso Cay Vacation Villas had its highs and lows, but we managed to make the most of it and enjoy our time there despite some of the challenges we faced.

From soaring through the treetops on the zip-line to climbing the giant structures, it's non-stop fun in Kissimmee. The variety of activities ensures everyone stays entertained and creates lasting memories together.
In my wife's opinion, more shaded areas near the adventure park would enhance the experience for families with children.

the location is great, and the various pools are nice.
the microwave didn’t work and the whirlpool used all the hot water. there were dirt and dead bugs found in our room.

My friends and I had a blast zip, lining through the treetops at Castaway Cove Adventure Park and scaling the heights of the climbing apparatus , totally adrenaline, pumping! It was like living in an action movie! In Kissimmee, the party never stopped.
We wished there was a lively nightclub on the property where we could dance the night away after our adventurous days.

stayed at calypso cay vacation villas and loved the well-kept outside areas! the 1-bedroom villa was spacious and the property was big, beautiful, and extremely clean. the room jacuzzi was a great addition and the living room was perfect for family gatherings. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort is close to amenities and eateries. would definitely stay here again.

We loved the extra amenities for the kids like zip line, rock wall, and Castaway Cove, as well as the fun miniature golf course. The tiki bar served delicious food and drinks, and the proximity of the pool to our bedroom was an added bonus. The room Jacuzzi was a great addition, and the spacious living room was perfect for family gatherings.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints at all.

During our romantic escape, we were thrilled to have a spacious room with a spectacular view of the pool area, where we could enjoy beautiful sunsets and distant Disney fireworks from our large balcony. The room was impeccably clean and provided a serene setting for me and my partner.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, leading to restless nights. Being situated on the ground floor next to the stairs resulted in disruptive noise from other guests moving around.
